We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 48 hours.
GENERAL SHIPPING
- Orders typically shipped within 48 hours of completion of payment terms.
- Expedited order will ship on the same day when received prior to 11:00 AM (CPT). Orders taken after that deadline will ship the following day.
- Expedited shipping options available to most locations within US and Canada.
- International shipping is available to most countries. Please note that international expedited shipping orders may take an additional day to process due to international paperwork requirements.
- Some items may ship separately depending on availability.
- Orders ship from Minneapolis, MN (USA).
- StreetLogic Pro reserves the right to delay shipping based on any special provisions associated with unique delivery instructions.
DELIVERY & TRACKING INFORMATION
In-stock orders normally ship within two business days. An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped. StreetLogic Pro is not responsible for delays in delivery resulting from logistical requirements of the 3rd party carriers. Any delivery dates are based on the best estimates of the selected carrier and are non-binding.
CUSTOMS FEES
Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and be required to obtain your order. These fees are not included in your shipping charges. Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees. StreetLogic Pro has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office if you require more information.
